This is a national sales leadership role managing a team of 6 Business Development Managers, with plans to continue growing the team. What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 BDMs
- Drive new business across Hospitality and Senior Care
- Help reps close larger opportunities
- Track team performance and monthly goals
- Help grow the sales organization
- Attend trade shows and spend time in the field with your team
- Travel 25%-50%Ideal Background
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience
- Hospitality or Senior Care experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales reps
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable traveling 25%-50%Location
