Surgical First Assistant: Precision OR Support

Advent Health Shawnee Mission is seeking a Surgical First Assistant to support operating room procedures, maintain aseptic technique, and assist surgeons with instrument handling, tissue management, and patient safety. Requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program and certifications (BLS, CSFA, SA-C, CSA). Two+ years of related experience preferred; located near Shawnee Mission, KS with a focus on patient-centered care.
