Director of Respiratory Services — Critical Care Leader

Split Rock Rehab in New York is seeking a Director of Respiratory Services to lead our respiratory care program in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will ensure high-quality respiratory services, regulatory compliance, and resident outcomes while guiding staff and collaborating with medical leadership. You will supervise respiratory staff, coordinate with pulmonologists and ENT, manage equipment and policies, and drive continuous quality improvement within CMS/DOH standards.
