Insurance Defense / General Liability Defense Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motion Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitration Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carrier Develop litigation strategies and work closely with senior attorneys and partner

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school 2 – 12 years of experience in general liability and/or insurance defense Active license/ In good standing to practice law Strong analytical, research, and writing skill Excellent communication and advocacy skill Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150k-220k base. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
