Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Provide direct patient care while leading a team of emergency medicine physicians, midlevels, and support staff in delivering high-quality, efficient emergency care. Administrative Oversight: Manage departmental operations, including staffing, budgeting, performance metrics, and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve patient care, reduce wait times, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in the Emergency Department. Collaboration with Hospital Leadership: Work closely with hospital administration, nursing, and other medical directors to align ED operations with hospital-wide goals and strategies. Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by mentoring and training physicians, residents, and midlevel providers.
