Job Type: Temporary / Project-Based Job Description LaborMAX Staffing is hiring Certified Traffic Control Flaggers for an immediate opportunity in Pinetops, NC. This is a great opportunity for experienced, dependable flaggers who are available to start immediately. The Traffic Control Flagger will be responsible for safely directing traffic through an active work zone, communicating with drivers and construction crews, and helping maintain a safe environment for workers and the traveling public.

Responsibilities: Direct and control traffic safely through designated work zones Use proper hand signals, flags, and traffic-control devices Communicate effectively with drivers, coworkers, and site supervisors Maintain awareness of changing traffic and work-zone conditions Set up, maintain, and monitor traffic-control areas as directed Follow all safety procedures and project requirements Assist with maintaining a safe work environment at all times Requirements Current Traffic Control Flagger certification required Previous flagging or traffic-control experience preferred Reliable transportation to the job site Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work as needed Pay & Schedule $18.00 per hour Immediate need - start tomorrow Project-based/temporary positionAPPLY TODAY - START TOMORROW!We are actively filling these positions now.
