Registered Behavior Technician - Part-time

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Derby, Kansas. This part-time role offers 1:1 therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings, with supervision from a BCBA and data collection responsibilities. We provide paid training, certification assistance, flexible schedules, and PTO/holiday pay. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation to travel locally.
