Senior Store Design Manager

Key responsibilities: Lead creative development and execution of retail concepts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights Manage retail projects end-to-end, maintaining design intent and consumer experience standards throughout all phases Direct and manage external architects and design agencies, setting clear briefs and monitoring budgets and timelines

Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field 7+ years of experience in Retail Design, preferably within the footwear or apparel industry Experience executing retail design projects across multiple store formats Strong design communication skills, including renderings, sketches, and presentations Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
