About the Role: ATCA is seeking accomplished healthcare executives, physicians, entrepreneurs, operators, investors, and business leaders to join its Advisory Board and help guide the company’s next phase of growth. This advisory role is for experienced healthcare leaders who can help ATCA challenge traditional models of dementia care and develop more personalized, multidisciplinary approaches to delivering cognitive health services. Advisors will bring operating and strategic perspective to how an innovative care model can be structured, delivered, and expanded while remaining focused on individual patient needs. This strategic advisory role requires approximately 1 – 2 hours per month.
Key Responsibilities: Advise ATCA leadership on innovative models for dementia and cognitive care delivery Provide perspective on multidisciplinary, personalized, and technology-enabled healthcare services Help evaluate operating models that support both quality and broader access Share insight on how new care models can integrate into existing healthcare ecosystems Advise on organizational capabilities needed to deliver complex cognitive care at scale Participate in periodic virtual Advisory Board meetings and strategic discussions
Preferred Qualifications: Senior leadership experience in healthcare delivery, healthcare operations, medical practices, health systems, or health technology Experience designing, operating, scaling, or advising innovative healthcare delivery models Current or former healthcare executives, physicians, founders, operators, investors, or advisors Physicians with leadership, innovation, or practice-building experience Understanding of multidisciplinary care, patient-centered care, or complex chronic disease management Ability to evaluate care models from both clinical and business perspectives Interest in Alzheimer’s disease, cognitive health, artificial intelligence, precision medicine, or healthcare innovation Why Join ATCA?This is an opportunity to help rethink how dementia and cognitive care can be delivered.
