Machine Shop Manager

What You'll Be Responsible For Leading and developing a team of machinists, operators, and production personnel Driving productivity, quality, and safety initiatives throughout the department Coaching and mentoring employees to build a highly skilled workforce Partnering with engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams to achieve business objectives Monitoring workflow, staffing, and equipment utilization to ensure production goals are met Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency Creating an environment where employees are engaged, accountable, and focused on results Supporting continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence initiatives

What We're Looking For: Leadership experience within a machining, CNC, or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of machining operations and production workflows Experience developing employees and building successful teams Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing best practices Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Continuous improvement mindset with a desire to drive positive change
