To support a government contract remotely, the Advanced Space Systems Engineer will develop and implement digital signal processing algorithms for space-based systems, focusing on statistical analysis and applying advanced engineering techniques.

Key responsibilities: Support systems involving digital signal processing algorithms in hardware and software for space applications Develop algorithms for the statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements Apply techniques from Detection & Estimation Theory and Communications and Information Theory

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience U.S. citizenship required Experience in Python and with SmallSats and CubeSats development Knowledge of hardware prototype development and systems integration Experience with Digital Engineering/Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and related tools
