Outside Sales

Responsibilities: Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory Meet or exceed designated sales targets Create and implement an effective sales strategy Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in outside sales Excellent negotiation and customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsA positive attitude and ability to be persistent Keywords: Outside sales, carpet cleaning, facility services, B2B sales, negotiation, sales tactics, deals Flexible work from home options available.
