Key responsibilities: Handle moderately complex and high exposure litigation cases Conduct legal research and develop defense strategies for a variety of clients Prepare legal documents and present evidence at trials and hearings with minimal supervision

Required qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New York State Minimum of 7 years of insurance defense legal experience Member in good standing of the NYS Bar Association Strong legal research and writing skills Demonstrated expertise in handling claim cases and litigation
