Job Description FL Cafe Restaurant in located in South Beach, Miami Beach, is looking for a qualified and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of our restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong experience in European cuisine and is comfortable preparing and supervising breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Responsibilities:
Lead and organize daily kitchen operationsCreate and develop a new menu inspired by European cuisineOversee the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinnerEnsure high quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishesManage food orders, inventory, and kitchen costsMaintain strict food safety and hygiene standards Train, supervise, and motivate the kitchen team
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive ChefStrong knowledge of European cuisineAbility to design and develop creative menusAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and organizational skillsPreferred qualifications: Experience in restaurants serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinnerPassion for food and creativity in the kitchenExperience in French cuisine & French language is a plusIf you are passionate about cooking and excited to help develop a new culinary concept, we would love to hear from you.
