The Opportunity
In this role you will:
  • Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
  • Assist in preparing client project funding documents
  • Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress
  • Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments
  • Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan
  • Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
  • Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews
  • Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders
  • Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
  • We would love to hear from you if you: Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

Work Environment: This is a full time onsite position at project site in Vacaville, CA.The salary range for this role is $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD but actual salary offered is dependent upon experience, education and skillset. All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
