Schedule: Full-time, Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Common Diagnoses & Procedures Coordination problems Muscle weakness Sensory issues (e.g., Neuropathy)Dizziness and balance problems Stroke management Alzheimer's disease treatment Spinal cord disorder management Parkinson’s disease Botox injections for neuromuscular conditionsEMG and EEG services

Education: Completion of a U.S. Residency Program. Training: Completion of Fellowship training. Certification: Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Neurology. Licensure: Active or pending Indiana State License.

Experience: Prior experience is advantageous, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
