Recruitment Coordinator – Healthcare Staffing This is a fully remote position, so you can work from home. You'll play an important role throughout the recruitment process, staying in close contact with candidates and helping ensure that each person has a professional, friendly, and well-organized experience.

Who We're Looking ForYou are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people but also loves structure and getting things organized. We're looking for someone who: Speaks and writes Finnish and English confidently Is highly organized and able to manage several candidates and processes at the same time Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Is comfortable speaking with new people by phone and video Takes ownership of tasks and follows through Can work independently in a fully remote environment Is comfortable using digital tools and systems Has a suitable home-office setup and reliable internet connection Swedish at B2 level or higher is a strong advantage. Previous experience in recruitment, coordination, healthcare staffing, customer service, HR, or a similar people-focused role is an advantage, but we also value the right personality, communication skills, and ability to stay organized.
