Remote Talent Associate: Healthcare Recruiting

Sailor Health is hiring our first Talent Associate to support and scale recruiting across the company, with a focus on provider partnerships and clinical support teams. You will partner with hiring managers, move candidates through interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first touch to offer. This is an early‐career, high‐ownership role where you will grow into full-cycle recruiting and even build a recruiting team as Sailor expands.
