About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in supporting the CEO with exceptional organization, sound judgment, initiative, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence. The successful candidate will be a highly trusted partner, responsible for creating and maintaining the systems, structure, and documentation that allow the CEO to focus on organizational leadership, strategic priorities, and key relationships. Key responsibilities include executive operations, CEO support, board governance and administration, program and project development, and executive and stakeholder partnership. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in maintaining clear decision and action logs, tracking important commitments, and handling confidential information with discretion. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of leadership, management, or executive support experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of working with senior executives and/or boards of directors, exceptional organizational skills, and strong project and program development abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive working style, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the organization. Experience with emerging technology, including AI-enabled tools, and a collaborative approach to work are also essential. Nonprofit experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and governance platforms are preferred.
