Trainee Development Program

About the Program: We don't hire for roles — we develop leaders. The Flow Development Program is a selective, 6-month rotational experience that places one exceptional associate in the West Territory, giving them a front-row view of every corner of our business before placing them in a long-term role where they can potentially grow into leadership. This position will train across our West Territory branches — Charlotte, NC, Sumter, SC, Monroe, NC, Gastonia, NC, Cornelius, NC — providing broad exposure to how our business operates across Western Carolinas. This is the inaugural cohort, and the beginning of a talent pipeline that will grow with the company. Associates who complete the program will have earned deep knowledge across Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Building Customer Partnerships, and more, and will transition into a permanent role where they can build a real career and potentially grow into leadership. For associates who demonstrate exceptional growth, the program may extend an additional 1–4 months through a Phase 5 Extended Specialization — deeper, hands-on experience in Sales Office, Showroom, and/or Purchasing — to build an even more well-rounded future leader before permanent placement.
