Litigation Docket Specialist: Rules, Risk & Collaboration

McGuireWoods seeks a Docket Specialist to join our Docketing Risk Management Department in Los Angeles. You will support docketing requests from multiple offices, review deadlines, and advise attorneys on court rules. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in litigation docketing, strong communication, and proficiency with CourtAlert or similar software. You will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and court personnel and contribute to risk management initiatives including AI-assisted workflows.
