ERCOT Sales Director: Growth & Strategy Leader

ENGIE North America is seeking a Sales Director for ERCOT in Texas to lead regional sales strategy and drive profitable growth. You will oversee a 7–9 person team, manage key broker/partner relationships, and ensure execution of prospecting, pipeline, and account planning. This is a hybrid role requiring strong leadership and energy market expertise. The role requires 10+ years in energy sales/related commercial functions, 3+ years in sales leadership, and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
