This position offers weekly pay, a Monday-Friday schedule, and a temp-to-hire opportunity for experienced welders looking for long-term employment. What You'll Do: Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and fabricated metal components Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to meet customer specifications Cut, shape, bend, and prepare materials using fabrication equipment Align, fit, clamp, and assemble components prior to welding Inspect, grind, and finish welds to meet quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Must-Have Qualifications Previous MIG and TIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong measuring, layout, and shop math skills Knowledge of welding safety procedures Good mechanical aptitude Reliable transportation and attendance Ability to work safely and follow OSHA guidelines Nice-to-Have Qualifications Fabrication shop experience Experience using plasma cutters, saws, and ironworkers Forklift experience Overhead crane experience Welding certifications Work Environment Fabrication and manufacturing shop environment Exposure to welding sparks, fumes, heat, and industrial equipment Standing and walking for most of the shift Frequent lifting, material handling, kneeling, and crouching Repetitive hand and arm movements Working around cranes, forklifts, and fabrication machinery PPE required at all times Overtime may be available based on production needs Why Apply?
