Sales Manager- Landscaping

Responsibilities: Prospect and close new business across HOAs, schools, churches, and other commercial properties Use existing lead sources (referrals, digital/paid ads, inbound leads) while also building your own pipeline through direct outreach Upsell and expand services within the current residential and commercial client base Manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation through proposal, close, and handoff to operations Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and other key decision-makers Represent the company in the community and with prospective clients

Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience in landscaping/grounds maintenance strongly preferred; construction sales experience will also be consideredA proactive, hunter mentality- someone who goes and finds the business rather than just managing what comes in Energetic, charismatic, and comfortable starting conversations with new prospects Strong follow-up habits and responsiveness- quick to act when a lead comes in Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good problem-solver Ambition and a desire to grow- this is a career move, not a short-term stop Compensation Base salary + commission (commission-heavy structure), commensurate with experience
