Afterschool Content & Curriculum Lead

The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Content Specialist at the McBurney YMCA in New York, NY. This part-time role supports afterschool programs by selecting and managing curricula for COMPASS programs, coaching staff, and ensuring high-quality content delivery. Under the supervision of the Program Director, you will oversee implementation, provide training, and help improve program quality and student outcomes.
