Key responsibilities:
Manage and coach staff on complex insurance workflows, ensuring high standards of service and compliance
Serve as an escalation point for high-risk cases, resolving payer disputes and time-sensitive issues
Develop and implement departmental workflows and training programs to adapt to evolving payer requirements
Required qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate's degree in business or accounting preferred
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
1-3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management
Strong knowledge of health insurance plans and authorization processes
