South Florida Full-time Sales Leadership + Individual ProductionWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORIdeally 5–10+ years of direct electronic-security sales experience involving some combination of: Burglar and intrusion alarms Video surveillance / CCTVAccess control Intercom and door-entry Smart-home security Monitoring agreements Recurring monthly revenue (RMR)Residential security Small and medium commercial security systems We are looking for a BUILDER + PRODUCER:Someone who has personally sold electronic-security solutions Understands the economics of the security industry Can personally generate revenue Can build the sales engine from the ground up Can ultimately recruit and lead the team that scales itWHAT YOU WILL BUILDLead-generation strategy and channels Residential and SMB commercial sales Qualification and sales process Pricing and quoting Monitoring agreements and RMRCRM and pipeline management Follow-up processes Sales KPIs, forecasting and reporting Referral and channel partnerships Sales compensation and commissions Recruitment and development of sales representatives Relationships with builders, property managers, HOAs, businesses and referral partners We are looking for evidence that you: Have personally generated meaningful electronic-security sales Understand monitoring and RMR economics Can generate pipeline rather than depend entirely on inbound leads Understand residential and commercial selling Understand revenue, gross margin, CAC and conversion rates Can build practical sales processes Know how to recruit and develop salespeople Have an existing electronic-security industry network Think like an owner Are energized by building something rather than inheriting something
