Trial Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Duties: Serve as first chair in commercial litigation matters, including trial. Handle complex business disputes in state and federal court. Lead hearings, dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation. Manage high-exposure and heavily contested matters. Supervise and mentor associates. Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's California litigation practice.

Requirements: Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation. Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts. Strong motion practice and case management skills. Experience handling complex business disputes. Ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution. EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: Licensed to practice law in California. SkillsExcellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
