Model Coordination: Integrating design information from various disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) into the 3D model. Clash Detection: Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts or clashes between different building components using clash detection tools Construction Documentation: Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations from the 3D model to support construction planning and execution. Maintaining and Updating Models: Ensuring the BIM model remains current with design changes and project updates. Collaboration: Working closely with VDC project managers, engineers, supers and construction PMs to ensure alignment between digital designs and on-site realities. Supporting Project Teams: Providing 3D visualizations, clash reports, and other information to aid decision-making and project execution.
