Job Description: Job Description Linked In Job Posting Commercial Construction Superintendent | St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendentto join our growing team in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. This role is ideal for a strong field leader with extensive commercial construction experience who is ready to lead impactful projects while growing with a fast-expanding organization operating throughout the U.S. and Caribbean.

What You’ll Do: Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and design teams Drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget Maintain strong jobsite leadership and communication

What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of commercial construction experience Proven Superintendent experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience with Procore and construction technology Commitment to safety, accountability, and excellence Ability to work full-time in St. Croix, USVI
