Key Responsibilities: • Handle and support a diverse caseload across multiple litigation practice areas• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, and legal correspondence• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and factual investigations• Assist with hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation• Manage case files, calendaring, deadlines, and litigation support tasks• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and insurance carriers• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes

Qualifications: Active membership in good standing with a State Bar (relevant to office location)2+ years of legal experience preferred (strong early-career attorneys will be considered)Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills Excellent communication and client relationship abilities Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Salary and

Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $350,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
