Tax Compliance Counsel — Assistant General Counsel

Oklahoma Tax Commission is seeking an Assistant General Counsel – Legal to provide high-level legal counsel under the direction of the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsels. The role includes advising on policy and procedure, litigation, contract negotiation and drafting, and tracking legislative developments, with opportunities to handle increasingly complex matters. The position requires a J.D. from an accredited law school, active Oklahoma Bar membership, and willingness to travel.
