Bilingual Paralegal Employment Law (Spanish/English)

Jobot, a plaintiff-side employment law firm in El Segundo, seeks a full-time Paralegal to join our in-office team. The role supports attorneys with drafting, filing, serving documents in state and federal court, calendaring deadlines, and coordinating depositions. Candidates should have 2-5 years of paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate if possible, and be fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Employment law/wage-and-hour experience is preferred.
