Litigation Paralegal

The Role: You will manage a diverse caseload and assist in all phases of litigation. Key responsibilities include: Case Management: Guiding clients through the intake process, managing deadlines, and maintaining electronic organized case files and calendars Drafting & Filing: Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents Research: Performing legal research and gathering necessary documentation to support litigation strategies What We\'re Looking For Agility: Ability to multi-task and pivot between projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Professionalism: A dependable, detail-oriented team player with top-tier organizational skills Programs: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF creation Additional Qualities Desired Empathetic communicator with a positive attitude Able to understand the lives and struggles confronting low-income and vulnerable people in our community Enjoys providing legal information to someone who might need extra patience understanding their legal issue Team player who enjoys being a part of a great team of caring individuals Loves challenges, dislikes being bored, and believes drama and gossip belong at the movies or at brunch, not at work Starting salary range is $39,000.00 to $52,000.00 depending on experience, with annual increases available. Salary is dependent upon experience with annual increases available.
