Senior R&D Chemist, Innovative Lubrant Additives

Afton Chemical Corporation is seeking an R&D professional to conduct formulation, synthesis, and testing activities in support of SBU projects. You will contribute to data interpretation, provide technical recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, process, and marketing areas. You will maintain lab notebooks, report data accurately, and promote safe practices while participating in Quality System activities and presenting findings at technical conferences.
