CLO Structuring Associate - Origination & Execution

Santander is seeking an experienced CLO Structuring Associate to join the Securitized Products Trading Desk in the United States. You will participate in the origination, structuring, and execution of CLO warehouses and CLO transactions from inception to closing. You will structure and model CLO transactions using Excel, Intex, and rating agency software, build cash flow models, analyze collateral portfolios, and prepare materials for marketing and rating agencies.
