Remote Senior Cost Estimator - Global Industrial Projects

Colliers International is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support global client projects from our Enterprise Project Management team. You will lead cost estimation, budgeting and risk assessments across industrial and office developments, coordinating with PMs and building teams to maintain targets. You will apply BIM methods, cost databases, and advanced Excel tools while managing pre- and post-contract activities.
