Provide professional optometry services including assessment of patients’ vision and eyes, prescribing eyeglasses, as appropriate, refer patients for ophthalmologist evaluation, as appropriate, to patients, 65 years of age or older. Properly document and maintain the electronic medical record of patients in a timely manner Supervise the clinical performance of technical staff assisting in provision of care
