Head of Inventory Planning & Strategy

Ernesta Custom Rugs in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Director of Inventory Planning to build and own our inventory planning function. You will design targets, replenishment strategy, and purchasing cadence to optimize working capital while supporting growth. You'll partner with demand, merchandising, and manufacturing partners to translate forecasts into actionable purchasing plans, establish scalable processes, and drive data-driven decisions across the business.
