Assistant Restaurant Manager The Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead team members, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations. Lead, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest service. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and payroll-related tasks. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food, beverages, and supplies. Conduct opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness.
