Florida Licensed Senior Transactional Attorney

Key responsibilities: Handle entity formation, governance document drafting, and ownership capital structuring Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, joint ventures, and support capital raises and M&A transactions Independently manage a full caseload, coaching junior attorneys and contributing to refining matter plans
