Construction Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Construction Service Representative who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for homeowners and clients. This is more than a construction management role. You'll be the trusted face of our projects, coordinating people, schedules, materials, and subcontractors while ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect. You'll also bring practical carpentry and handyman expertise to support projects when needed.

What You'll Do: As a Construction Service Representative, you'll oversee multiple residential service and renovation projects from start-up through closeout, including:✅ Leading day-to-day job site operations✅ Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and inspections✅ Developing and managing short-term project schedules✅ Ensuring exceptional site safety and job-site protection practices✅ Communicating with homeowners, architects, town officials, and project partners✅ Reviewing plans, shop drawings, and construction details for accuracy and practicality✅ Managing project documentation, field reports, RFIs, and as-built records✅ Supervising carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors✅ Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites✅ Assisting with punch lists, project closeout, certificates of occupancy, warranties, and final inspections✅ Performing carpentry and general handyman work when necessary What Makes You a Great Fit You are a proactive construction professional who anticipates issues before they become problems and enjoys keeping projects moving forward. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in residential construction Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience Carpentry experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organization and time-management abilities Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset Valid driver's license with a good driving record No recruiters please
