Membership Coordinator

Responsibilities: Greet Members and maintaining flow of sessions Provide exemplary customer service Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls Respond to customer questions, issues, and scheduling sessions Respond to new leads entering the system Coordinate consultations and walking new bookings through their first sessions Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service

Requirements: Ability to take 1-2 Body 20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly Passion for health and wellness Strong follow-up and organizational skills Body 20 Most people know you only use 10% of your brain.
