Design Reliability Engineer — Power & Energy (Remote-friendly)

Nscale is building AI infrastructure with a focus on reliable, scalable power and energy systems. This Design Reliability Engineer role owns RAM modeling, FMEA programs, and the reliability data backbone for multi-campus deployments, coordinating with software, electrical, and operations teams. You will drive reliability from design studies through commissioning, champion analytics, and mentor a team of consultants as the portfolio grows.
