This role is pivotal in translating the company's presence in the region into a more powerful and sustained culture of philanthropy. The Executive Director will work to unite ideas, people, and philanthropic support, with a focus on the significant opportunities for philanthropic growth and broader engagement in California. Applicants for the Executive Director of Advancement position should have a proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and strategic planning. The role requires a leader who can effectively communicate the company's mission and values, and who is adept at engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. A deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape and the ability to cultivate and solicit major gifts is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in higher education or a related field, with a strong network and the ability to leverage that network to support the company's goals.
