Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners face-to-face throughout the Cincinnati area Educate homeowners on renewable energy solutions and enrollment options Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently with a wide range of customers Follow up with prospective customers and manage your pipeline Work toward weekly activity and performance goals Participate in daily coaching, training, and team development Work independently in the field while remaining accountable to team goals What You’ll Earn Weekly pay, uncapped commission structure Paid training with guaranteed training compensation Performance-based earning potential — high-performing reps can earn $2,000+/week Opportunities for advancement based on demonstrated performance
