Pharmacy Technician Manager - Shawn Jenkins Childrens Hospital

Key Responsibilities: Manage the team of pharmacy technicians, overseeing daily operations. Handle HR-specific duties such as scheduling, time reporting, and addressing personnel issues. Ensure the pharmacy provides optimal drug therapy to patients in collaboration with the healthcare team. Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs to enhance service quality. Provide oversight and monitoring of clinical and operational pharmacy initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care delivery. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge to ensure the pharmacy operates in conformance with all laws.

Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting and two years of leadership experience in HR or operations.

Certifications: A National Technician Certification (PTCB) is required.

Preferred Qualifications: South Carolina Technician Certification. Demonstrated ability as a self-starter.
