We are seeking a dynamic Wireless Sales Representative to join our team here at Cricket! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Wireless Sales Representative for Cricket, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers to promote products and achieve sales targets. You will use your communication skills to engage customers, provide product information, and guide them through the purchase process.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and customer calls Demonstrate products and conduct product demos to showcase features Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Supervise store activities when needed Effectively communicate product information and promotions to customers Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Training Comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures will be provided.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday Weekends as needed
