Concrete Foreman

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the concrete crew on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols among team members. Manage daily work schedules and ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner. Monitor and control material usage and manage inventory for concrete operations. Provide guidance and instruction on proper concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques. Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and ensure conformance to specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to facilitate project progress and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise. Train new crew members on work procedures and expectations.
