Rental Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities: Working knowledge of insurance claims processes, including filing and internal claim handling Open and track repair/service orders Accurately handle customer information for rental agreements and contracts (credit cards, ID, insurance)Documenting vehicle damage (writing damage reports, noting pre-existing vs. new damage)Handle confidential customer and insurance information professionally Resolving discrepancies during audits or disputed damage claims
